On themorning of 10th May, the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) incollaboration with the Chamber ofCommerce and Industry of Vietnam in Danang (VCCI Danang) organized a conference"PCI Binh Dinh in 2011 and solutions for improvement in 2012 " inQuy Nhon city to present information on competitiveness index of the provincein 2011 as a basis for improvement solutions in 2012.

Theconference was attended by the Chairman, Mr Le Huu Loc; Mr Nguyen Cuong, Directorof VCCI Da Nang; leaders of the departments and sectors; leaders of districtand town PCs; Industry Associations, a number of enterprises in the provinceand Radio Reporters of Binh Dinh Broadcasting Station and Binh Dinh Newspaper.
In the closing speech, MrLe Huu Loc analyzed the subjective factors andobjective factors leading to the PCI results and delivered important directionssuch as improving dynamics of leaders at all levels, increasing dialogue withenterprises and transparency for information access, minimizing unofficial costs, time amount for implementingstate regulations and increasing the business support services...
