In the framework of the Conference on Investment Promotion for the Central Coastalregion, on the morning 21^st March, at the Crowne Plazahotel (Da Nang),the Coordination Committee of the Central Coast Regional and the People'sCommittee of Da Nang City launched the exhibition economic development achievements and investment projects of the centralcoastal region. The event was attended by 9 provinces: Thua Thien - Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai,Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan. At the stand of theprovince, Binh Dinh Economic Zone Administration, the Department of Trade andIndustry, Investment Promotion Center,Tourism Promotion Information Centre and enterprises in the province displayedinformation, images and documents introducing Binh Dinh’s  potentials and advantages in luringinvestment, profiles of investment projects. The areas such as aquaculture,marine tourism, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and especially petrochemical complex inNhon Hoi Economic Zone were focused .

Also at Binh Dinh’s stand,the PPC Chairman, Mr Le Huu Loc introduced to the domestic and foreigninvestors the economic growth’s achievements of Binh Dinh. Mr Chairmanemphasized: ‘In recent years, Binh Dinh has determined to build up an open businessenvironment to attract investment. Therefore, the provincial leadersincrease dialogues with business, frequently meet and listen to their concernsand constraints to be able to promptly help them sort out difficulties. Inthe mean, Binh Dinh has implemented a number of policies related to attracting investmentand business.

There has been a constantreform of administrative procedures and working manner from provincial leadersand officials of departments to the governmental systems at all levels. Theyare all expected to take high responsibility and devoted attitude at work to helpinvestors and timely settle their requirements, which is to create a favorablebusiness and investment environment.
