At the conference, Vice Chairman Nguyen Phi Long presented an overview of the investment environment of Binh Dinh and the progress of development cooperation between Binh Dinh  province and Kansai in the last year. The Vice Chairman thanked for the assistance and great support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka, the Japanese trade promotion organization in Osaka - Jetro Osaka, who had connected Binh Dinh province to Japanese investors. Therefore, recently, a lot of Japanese investors and companies such as Sanicon. Fujiwara, Marubeni… have came to Binh Dinh to make their investment.

The Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee expressed wish that more Japanese enterprises would come to investigate, survey and make investment in the province in the near future. Also, he was committed to accompanying and creating favorable conditions for Japanese investors when they make investment in the area.

The conference was also attended by more than 120 firmes of Japan and localities of Vietnam, namely Kom Tum, Hau Giang, Quang Ninh, Lam Dong, Ha Giang and Dak Lak provinces.
