Recently, An Phu Thinh Development Investment Construction and Tourism Joint Stock Company has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to invest in An Phu Thinh Social Apartment in Nhon Binh ward, Quy Nhon city.

Project perspective

Accordingly, the project land area is 11,735.5 m2, of which social apartment land is 9,391.25 m2; land for construction 5,660,33 m2; green land 1,296.89 m2; traffic land, yards, internal roads 2,434.03 m2; spare land (accounting for 20% of the total land area of the whole area) 2,344.25 m2. The total project investment is more than 681 billion dong. The project has 3 apartment blocks with a design of 19 floating floors, excluding one technical floor and roof (2 blocks B and C sharing the podium, one separate  block A). The completed construction will have 926 flats.

The project objective is to address the demand for social housing of the people as prescribed in Article 49 of the Law on Housing 2014, contributing to realizing the plan of social housing development in Binh Dinh province, the period 2016 - 2020 and supplement the period 2021 – 2025 and also to enrich urban architecture and enhance the city landscape in the direction of modernization. 

The project is going to be built for 3 years, and is expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2020 and it will be completed and put into use in the second quarter of 2023. When the project comes into operation, housing demand will be met for about 1,960 people.
