Approving 1/500 detailed planning tasks of the rest stop to the south of Vinh Hoi Pass

On November 1, 2021, 1/500 detailed planning tasks of the rest stop to the south of Vinh Hoi Pass, Cat Tien township, Phu Cat district was approved by Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee. The planning area is about one hectare.

Vinh Hoi Pass, Cat Tien township, Phu Cat district

The planning area is located in Cat Tien town, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province. It is bordered by Trung Luong Tourist Area to the North, the South and the East; the new DT.639 road to the West. The goal of the plan is to build a rest stop for sightseeing to serve the community and travellers.

Regarding the indicators of technical infrastructure - land use plan, the national Technical Regulations on construction plan, national technical regulations on technical infrastructure works and relevant regulations and standards are followed.

Regarding the content of planning tasks, the Government's Decree on formulation, appraisal, approval and management of urban plan, Circular of the Ministry of Construction on stipulating dossiers of tasks and projects of regional construction planning, urban planning and construction planning of specific functional areas are followed.

Regarding the project dossiers, the Circular of the Ministry of Construction on stipulating dossiers of tasks and projects of regional construction planning, urban planning and construction planning of specific functional areas is followed.

The estimated cost of the planning tasks approximately VND 250,503,000 from the provincial budget. The time frame of the planning project shall not exceed 60 days since the planning tasks are approved.
