Two new unburnt brick production projects get approval for investment

On January 14, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy for Thanh Dat General Production Limited Company and Trung Tin Construction Materials Limited Company to invest in an unburnt - cement brick factory in Hoc Bom industrial cluster, Binh Nghi commune, Tay Son district.

Accordingly, Thanh Dat General Production Company Limited registered to invest in the project at Land Lot CN-12, CN-14, CN-04 of Hoc Bom industrial cluster (IC) on an area of 22,822.6 m2. The project objective is to produce unburnt bricks with capacity of 12 million bricks/year and investment of VND 7.5 billion.

Trung Tin Building Materials Limited Company registered to make investment at Land Lot CN-11, CN-05 of Hoc Bom IC on an area of 18,082.3 m2. The total investment is around VND 6.22 billion and expectedly the workshop shall produce 8 million bricks/year.

The projects of Trung Tin Building Materials Company Limited and Thanh Dat General Production Company Limited shall use input materials made from sand, stone powder, cement and water; unburnt bricks shall be made from raw materials such as sand, cement, aluminum powder, ash, gypsum; absolutely no clay or burning process is used. Therefore, the production process does not pollute the environment, or cause harms for human health; it also reduce costs in construction.

The investment by the two companies in the above mentioned project goes in line with the orientation for the development of building materials industry in Binh Dinh province to 2030 and are consistent with industries attracting investment in Hoc Bom industrial cluster.
