Dam Thi Nai Amusement Park project has its investor

On February 11, 2022, the Economic Zone Administration approved the preliminary assessment results of the capacity and experience of the registering investors to implement Dam Thi Nai Amusement Park project. The investor who met the preliminary requirements for capacity and experience is Phu Son Thuan Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

Location of Dam Thi Nai Amusement Park

Dam Thi Nai Amusement Park covers an area of about 30.44 hectares in Nhon Hoi commune, Quy Nhon city, in Sub-division 4, Nhon Hoi economic zone. The project’s total investment value is VND 795.6 billion, of which the preliminary total project implementation cost (m1) is VND 604 billion (Not including compensation, site clearance and land rent); the cost of compensation, support and resettlement (m2) is VND 191.6 billion.

The project aims to build a high-class entertainment complex, serving the entertainment needs of tourists and local people. Numerous items of the project consists of shop houses, service section, cuisine area, marina, aquarium, game area… The project construction schedule is 36 months from the date of issuing the decision of leasing land to the investor.

In the upcoming time, the Economic Zone Administration will guide investors to carry out the investor approval procedure in accordance with the provisions of the law on investment and relevant laws.
