4 projects register to invest in industrial clusters at the beginning of March 2022

Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee has recently approved the investment policies for Sau Loi Limited Company, Thien An General Limited Company and AVP Quang Trung Limited Company to invest in 4 projects in industrial clusters in the province.

Accordingly, Sau Loi Limited Company was approved to invest in a Metal Foundry project to produce fishing nets, and machine parts, with approximately 550 tons of products/year on Lot C08 Tan Duc industrial cluster, Nhon My commune, An Nhon township. The project covers on an area of 3,498.6 m2, planned to need total investment of VND 3.5 billion. The construction shall go from the third quarter of 2022 to the second quarter of 2023 before it is completed and put into operation.

Thien An General Limited Company was approved to invest in its project of sawing, preserving wood, bamboo and rattan material and weaving handicrafts with 2,900 m3 of wood/year for sawing, preserving wood and manufacturing wooden planks; 1,300 m3 of finished products/year, which is equivalent to 1,728 sets of products/year for weaving handicrafts from bamboo and rattan. The plant shall be constructed on an area of 13,228 m2 at Lots 16 and 17 of Go Cay Duoi industrial cluster, Long Hoa village, An Hoa commune, An Lao district with an investment of VND 3.5 billion. The implementation is planned to go from the second quarter of 2022 to the first quarter of 2023, then it shall be put into operation.

AVP Quang Trung Limited Company was approved to invest in 2 projects at Tay Xuan industrial cluster, Tay Son district, namely:

The wood processing factory for export on Lot A1 - A6, on an area of 47,974 m2, total investment capital of VND 98.46 billion. The project aims to produce wood chips with a capacity of 150,000 tons/year. The implementation goes from July 2022 to September 2023, then it shall be put into operation.

And the wood sawing and drying plant on Lot C1, C2, C5, C6, on an area of 32,415 m2; investment capital of VND 165.56 billion. The scale of investment is to cut and saw timber products with capacity of 43,000 m3 of finished products/year. The construction shall go from August 2022 to October 2023, then the plant shall be put into operation.
