Binh Dinh holds a conference to promote investment, trade and tourism development with Indian partners

On May 27, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to organize a conference to promote investment, trade and tourism development with Indian partners in Binh Dinh province. The conference will be held on June 25, 2024 at Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center.

With the purpose of promoting the potential, advantages and providing economic, cultural and social information of Binh Dinh province to Indian agencies, partners and businesses, the conference aims to attract investment, promoting trade and tourism development, creating a good impression of Binh Dinh province for foreign investors and partners.

The conference will be attended by the delegates of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, Indian agencies, partners, and businesses (from 60 to 80 delegates).

The representatives from Binh Dinh province will include the Standing Provincial Party Committee, Standing Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, relevant departments, branches and branches; district party leaders; town Party Committees, Quy Nhon city Party Committees, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities; representatives of typical associations and businesses of Binh Dinh province.

It is expected that the main program of the Conference includes a number of contents such as the opening speech of the secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee; showing video clips introducing socio-economic, investment and trade attraction of Binh Dinh province; statements by leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and related ministries and branches; statement by the Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City; speech of the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; statements by Indian agencies, organizations and businesses (as registered); Signing a cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province and the Indian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and signing MOUS for investment registration, awarding investment policies and investment registration certificates to Indian partners.

Also in the framework of this conference's activities, on the morning of June 26, 2024, the attendants of the conference will have a chance to visit production facilities and infrastructure of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park, Quy Nhon port, visit monuments, landscapes and tourist destinations such as Twin Towers, Duong Long Tower, Quang Trung Museum, Ky Co Tourist Area, ExploraScience Quy Nhon center…
