Calling for investment in Eo Gio ecotourism project

The Provincial Economic Zone Administration has recently issued a decision approving the criteria for land use rights auction to implement the Eo Gio ecotourism project in Nhon Ly commune, Nhon Hoi economic zone, Quy Nhon city.

Accordingly, the auctioned land area has an area of 104,452.86m2; of which the tourism service land area is 6,144.83m2; the rest is green land, hills, natural stone beaches, parking lots, traffic roads and coastal water surface.

The project is located in Nhon Ly commune, Nhon Hoi economic zone, Quy Nhon city, with specific boundaries as follows: the North borders Eo Gio mountain; the South borders Cam mountain; the East borders the East Sea; the West borders the trail serving people's livelihood. The site clearance has been completed. The total minimum investment capital (m1) (excluding the auction winning price for land use rights) is VND 77.83 billion.

The purpose of using the land is commercial and service land. The form of land use is the state allocating land with land use cost, leasing land with one-time land rental fees for the entire lease term; the project's operating period is 50 years.

The architectural planning indicators will comply with the provisions of Decision No.262/QD-BQL dated August 18, 2023 of the Economic Zone Administration approving the Detailed Construction Planning Project of 1/500 scale of Eo Gio ecotourism area (Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. The construction duration of the entire project shall not exceed 48 months.

Regarding land use rights auction dossier, investors participating in land use rights auction submit 2 (two) sets of dossiers: one set is kept at the unit organizing of the auction, one set is kept at the land use rights auction organization.
