On the afternoon of February 19, 2025, at the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mr Nguyen Tuan Thanh had a meeting with Mr. Wong Shang Ling - Founder and CEO of Environmental Landscape Pte. Ltd to find out informtation of investment projects in Binh Dinh province.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of the leaders of the Departments: Planning and Investment, Industry and Trade, Construction, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development; Phu Cat District People's Committee, and Phu My District People's Committee.

Environmental Landscape Pte Ltd (EL) was established in 1990, headquartered in Singapore. One of the main activities of the company is to supply wood chips as renewable fuel for an important power plant. The company's market share in landscape waste treatment in Singapore is up to 44%. The company collaborates with partners to deploy advanced technologies in harnessing solar energy to generate electricity, using microorganisms to produce soil amendments, recycling waste to produce usable products, and treating water to produce drinking water or reusable wastewater.

Mr. Wong Shang Ling proposed to deploy projects in Binh Dinh province, including: a soil amendment and fertilizer project, a solar energy combining shrimp farming - seafood processing project, a wood pellet and biochar development cooperation project, a multi-functional renewable industrial cluster project and a solar energy industrial park project including solar - water power farms.

Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the leaders of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh acknowledged the role and strengths of the investor, and highly appreciated the purpose of the delegation in investing in projects in sustainable and environmentally friendly technology in Binh Dinh. Mr Nguyen Tuan Thanh, the PPC Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Planning and Investment and related departments to support the investor in seeking investment opportunities in the province.

Mr Nguyen Tuan Thanh, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee pledged to support, accompany and create all favorable conditions for businesses to survey for investment in the province.
