Awarding investment registration certificates to three projects at De Gi lagoon

On the morning of November 28, 2025, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a working session with Arque Degi Joint Stock Company and the Company's partners, Mr. Timur Mohamed, Chairman of Palmer Johnson Inc. (Monaco), Mr. Roland K. Staub, Chairman of FS Finance Suisse AG (Switzerland) to discuss the implementation of the projects in the De Gi lagoon area.

The working session was attended by the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; the representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; relevant departments, and leaders of De Gi and An Luong communes.

At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Pham Anh Tuan awarded the Investment Registration Certificates for the projects: the floating urban area and tourism services in the South of De Gi lagoon (sub-area No. 16.1 in De Gi commune, 225 hectares, total value of over VND 2,277 billion); the floating urban area and tourism services in the Center of De Gi lagoon (sub-area No. 16.2 in An Luong commune, 187 hectares; total value of over VND 2,695 billion) and the floating urban area and tourism services in the North of De Gi lagoon (sub-area No. 16.3 in An Luong commune, 160 hectares; total value of over VND 3,581.9 billion).

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc emphasized that the projects contribute to opening up a breakthrough development direction, aiming to put Gia Lai on the map of leading destinations nationwide and internationally for high-end and luxury resort tourism services. Also, the project will turn the coastal area of De Gi and An Luong into a model growth pole, creating a chain effect, attracting high-quality investment, promoting smart urbanization and improving the overall competitiveness of the province on the international tourism map.

The Provincial Party Secretary pledged that during the project implementation process, Gia Lai province will always accompany the investor, creating a safe - transparent - effective investment environment, aiming to make the project a new highlight in the province's modern urban area and high-end superyacht tourism services.

The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee directed the departments and local authorities to closely coordinate and promptly resolve administrative procedures in strict compliance with regulations, while maintaining necessary flexibility and synchronization to create the most favorable conditions for investors. Furthermore, the Chairman requested that the investor continue to leverage its international capabilities, ensure that the project is implemented with the highest quality and most advanced technology, and strictly comply with regulations on environmental protection, construction, security, and social order, with the aim of making the project a new landmark of the province’s modern urban development and high-end superyacht tourism services.
