The contract signing ceremony

The contract signing ceremony took place with the participation of representatives of the Departments: Construction, Planning and Investment, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment and Quy Nhon City People's Committee.

Previously, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee approved the results of investor selection for the social housing project to the west of Tran Nhan Tong road, Nhon Phu ward, Quy Nhon city in Decision No. 2834/QD-UBND dated 5 July 2021.

Accordingly, the investment of the project is to solve social housing needs, contributing to the completion of the social housing development plan in Binh Dinh province for the period 2016-2020 and added for the period 2021-2025 promulgated together with Decision No. 33/2019/QD-UBND dated July 19, 2019 of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee. It is to concretize the detailed construction planning project of 1/500 scale of the social housing area to the west of Tran Nhan Tong road, Nhon Phu ward, Quy Nhon city approved by the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee. The project is expected to embellish urban spaces, improve the landscape and the environment in the direction of modernization.

The project covers an area of 14,145 m2, the total capital of approximately VND 858 billion. It is an 18-storey apartment building with about 795 apartments and the construction duration is from 2021 to 2023.

Since the beginning of the year until now, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee have approved investor selection results of three social housing projects in Quy Nhon city, namely: the Pisico Social Housing Project of the General Pisico Binh Dinh Company - Joint Stock Company, the Social Housing Project in Area 1, Dong Da ward of Phu My - Quy Nhon Construction Investment Co., Ltd. And now the Social Housing Project to the west of Tran Nhan Tong road of the Joint Venture of Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and An Binh Housing Investment Joint Stock Company.
