The construction area of a steel structure processing and concrete batching plant is 12,067.5 m2 in Lot B2 + B3 Ray Ong Tho CCN. The goal of the project is to produce steel products of all kinds with a capacity of 900 tons/year, fresh concrete with a capacity of 280 m3/day. The total investment capital for the whole project is about VND 11.35 billion. The construction shall go from the second quarter of 2023 to the second quarter of 2024 when the project is completed and put into operation.

Kim Oanh Limited Company's investment in a steel structure processing and concrete batching plant goes in line with the development orientation of the metal and building material manufacturing industry in Binh Dinh province. When put into operation, the project is expected to create jobs for more than 60 local workers.

Currently, Ray Ong Tho industrial park has attracted 7 manufacturing and trading projects (of which 3 projects have been put into operation), reaching the occupancy rate of about 33% of the industrial land area.
